Each form is available in different strengths (i.e. contain different amounts of nicotine). Determining the strength that is right for you will depend on many factors such as: how many cigarettes you smoke per day, how soon after waking you smoke your first cigarette, the amount of nicotine in the brand of cigarettes you smoke etc.4,5
