When should I see a doctor?2

  • If you aren’t sure if the skin growth is a wart
  • If you are over 60 years old and never had warts before
  • If the wart keeps growing or is rapidly spreading
  • If the wart starts to show any of the following signs:
    • Pus
    • Increased pain
    • Swelling or tenderness
  • If home treatments are not successful after 3 months
  • If the wart becomes too painful to walk on
  • If you have diabetes, poor blood circulation or a weakened immune system
